Poor wording on sale web page and deceptive customer service afterward.
I received an email indicating I would get 40% off the Falcon A1 Pro 20w laser. I went on the site, there were several listed packages. From the wording on the pages, as they were all identical, I was led to believe the IR module was included in the incredibly poorly named 'all-in-one' package. When I contacted support, I was told to 'just refuse delivery', that is not a thing. Delivery people drop things on your porch and disappear before you even know they are there. Creality changed the wording on the site to coverup how misleading it was. The change made it now say no package deal comes with ANY laser module, even the one that has both.
