1. When will the Falcon A1C ship?

All Falcon A1C configurations are expected to start shipping in mid-August 2026. Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received. Shipping schedules may vary slightly by region.

2. What is the difference between the standard version and the AI Camera version?

The main difference is the built-in AI Camera.

  • White Version: Standard version without AI Camera.
  • Gray Version: Includes AI Camera.

The AI Camera version supports features such as:

  • Automatic material recognition
  • Smart fill functions
  • Enhanced positioning assistance

Important: The standard white version cannot be upgraded with an AI Camera later.

3. What does “3 interchangeable laser modules” mean?

The Falcon A1C supports three interchangeable laser modules:

  • 5W Diode Laser Module
  • 10W Diode Laser Module
  • 2W Infrared Laser Module

Any Falcon A1C machine can use these compatible modules. Additional laser modules and related accessories will be available separately and are expected to start shipping in mid-August 2026.

6. Are there any special precautions when using the infrared laser module?

Operating Temperature

  • The operating environment should not exceed 40°C.
  • When the ambient temperature exceeds 35°C, the machine may pause processing due to overheating protection.

Power Adapter Requirement

  • A 24V 5A power adapter is required when using the infrared laser module.
  • The required adapter is included with the infrared laser module.

Camera Calibration

  • Because the infrared laser has a longer focal length, camera calibration is recommended before first use to achieve optimal processing results.
