Replacement Filter for Falcon A1 Air Purifier

I waited forever to receive these filters, and the main one arrived crushed and unusable. I'm sure they work great when they're not broken. I'm leaving this review because of the lack of response I've received to the multiple emails I've sent to [****]. Don't even bother to call the phone number given on this website, it's a total waste of time. I get that stuff gets damaged during shipping sometimes, that's not what has me upset. It's the total lack of post-sale customer service that's so disappointing.

Filter does extremely well for everything except heavy wood smoke. Pleased with the value.

It took a long time for these filters to be made available. I went months not able to use my purifier. Once they were made available, I ordered 3 of them. They work great and I am so glad I can finally use the purifier and not vent outside, with winter coming.
