It is a nice laser, however it has and incorrect part installed from the factory. I reached out and they were quick to respond but sent another incorrect part. I am just dealing with it at this point since it is just a rail that the plexiglass screws to. I don't really care too much about it. Anyway, the functionality is great.
This head has more than 8000 working hours (always on 55% power). This is just one of many regular cleanings, dust from HDF/MDF. It's still working strong 🤛
Overall, I love this laser. What I don't love is that you cannot get any help with the unit. No one replies on the discussion board, and there is zero guidance for troubleshooting or help. Fortunately, most of the people on Reddit have been helpful or I probably would have returned it. It's a lot of money to spend and get no help.
When we first decided to get one of these I wasn’t sure that I’d be able to figure it out. But with LightBurn and the tutorials it was easier than I thought. I have also watched a few YouTube videos to learn how the do different things on the machine. We are extremely happy with ours!
