I bought this for my husband

I bought this for my husband. I think the product is probably good, but I cannot get past the most horrendous customer service. The product was delivered Feb. 26, 2026. My husband has tried since the next day to get some help from customer service, and has yet to talk to a real person. I am afraid I have made a terrible mistake to buy it from Creality.

$2000 Paper Weight

I have had my engraver a few weeks now, and have had back and forth tickets logged with support. The frustration is that Creality themselves don’t know the difference between their Falcon2 Pro and Falcon2 Pro S models. All support provided is based on the Falcon2 Pro and hence nothing works. The Falcon2 Pro S is meant to be a better machine with an autofocus laser, yet nothing is on focus. Simply put, the machine doesn’t do what it says it will do, and support doesn’t have a clue how to support you as they don’t know the difference between their two models.

Not good so far.

There is almost no videos that show you, with a lot of details, how to assemble the machine, how to set it up so it works with the program. When you open “The instructions”on the USB they ask you to go to a folder, then when you open it, there is a link to the internet, once you click on it; surprise!!! It doesn’t work. Another problem I have is that I keep getting the red light for the air. It doesn’t mater what I do, It doesn’t turn off. Lastly , when I want to do some work, even with the red light on, i get a message saying that the machine is busy and that I can’t send a file because it can’t connect the machine to the computer.

This is my first laser so it has been a bit of a learning experience, the machine was really easy to assemble and seems very sturdy so the auto focus is a bit finicky and the on board camera is a bit glitchy but once you get that all figured out this is a great machine
